Young American Comics enjoys doing Group Projects and Experimental Comics in an effort to “push the envelope” for Independent and Small Press Comics. Many of these projects are posted as Open Invite Projects on our website. The following are some general rules that apply to most projects.

Full-size Comic book size: 6.625″ x 10.25″ with 0.25″ margins.
Mini-Comic book size: 5.5″ x 8.5″ with 0.25″ margins.

Submissions may be made electronically to corey@youngamericancomics.com. Electronic files must be 300 dpi, greyscale files, saved as .TIF files or .PDF files. (Please no low resolution files or .PSD files.) Please put your name into the filename like so: parkhill-bizmar01.tif. Submissions may also be mailed to Young American Comics, 8321 Marklawn Dr. Richmond, VA 23229. Please mail a CD containing your files, or clean, sharp, “camera-ready” hard copies. Submissions will NOT be returned.

Please also include with your entry: Names of all contributors; Email Address; Physical Address; Company/Website; Title of Story; # of Pages; Date Submitted; File Names (if Applicable.)
